Through compelling questions and active listening, I help clients identify critical areas and issues in their life where they can make changes to better cope with the challenges of being a primary caregiver.
As a Life Coach I:
Help my clients identify conflicts. What are the complexities that the individual faces on a daily basis? What are the stressors? Through a detailed, one to two hour discovery session I help the client look into the details of their life and conflicts.
Help my clients establish priorities: What is urgent? What can wait? Together, we process the detail of the discovery session, and create order.
Together —we establish the Action Plan — a roadmap of specific actions at the end of each session, unique to the individual, designed to move the client from confusion to clarity one step at a time.
Together — we Stay the Course. Through identifying critical areas for change and developing the action plan, the client can begin the work of carrying out these actions systematically in an orderly and productive way. You drive the changes. I am in the seat right next to you — your co-pilot, your navigator.
